To use the z77z platform, you must meet the general conditions listed below. Failure to comply may result in z77z suspending or terminating your account at any time.

• Each person may register only one account. Opening a second account under the same name, email address, or mobile number is strictly prohibited.
• The name, mobile number, and email address provided during registration must be genuine and belong to you.
• You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential. You are liable for all activity carried out through your account.

• If a match is cancelled in Sports Betting, all related bets will be automatically voided and stakes refunded.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on z77z. Engaging in any of them may result in permanent account termination and forfeiture of all funds.

• Collusion or Syndicate Betting: Using multiple accounts in a coordinated manner to exploit the system is strictly prohibited.

• Bonus Abuse: Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, or obtaining bonuses with the help of third parties, is strictly prohibited.
• Hacking or Software Manipulation: Using bots, auto-clickers, or any software to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.
• Money Laundering: Using funds derived from money laundering or illegal sources on this platform is strictly prohibited and constitutes a criminal offence.

Z77z may suspend or permanently close an account at its sole discretion, or at the player's request. Account action may be taken in the following circumstances:

• If evidence of a Terms & Conditions violation is found.
• If the verification process has not been completed.
• At the player's own request (self-exclusion).
• Inactive Account — no transactions for 12 months.
• For legal or regulatory reasons.

If an account is closed, any real-money balance (excluding bonuses) will be refunded through the standard process; however, ongoing investigations may cause delays.

Z77z is not liable for the following:

• When a game is disrupted due to the player's own internet connection issues.
• For delays or errors caused by third-party payment providers.
• Force Majeure — service disruptions caused by natural disasters, cyberattacks, or government directives.
• Any loss resulting from a player sharing their login credentials with another person.
